As an End-of-life Doula, I support individuals, families, and care systems through the profound transitions of dying, loss, and change. This includes physical death, but also symbolic endings — identities, relationships, and cycles that have completed.

With grounded presence, emotional attunement, and deep respect for each person’s pace, I offer guidance, structure, and compassionate companionship through what can feel like the most vulnerable of times.

End-of-life Doula

End-of-life work isn’t only about dying. It’s about living fully while we’re still here.

This work can support you to

  • Navigate conversations around death and dying with clarity and care

  • Bring peace, meaning, and completion to unresolved chapters

  • Create personalised rituals or vigils that honour life transitions

  • Support loved ones and caregivers to feel resourced, not overwhelmed

  • Integrate grief as a natural and intelligent part of life

Each process is unique. The goal is not to fix, but to create space for what is real, so it can be met and transformed.

What to Expect
End-of-life Doula support can take many forms depending on your needs; from single sessions for reflection and preparation to ongoing companionship throughout the dying process or major life transition.

Support can include:

  • Emotional and spiritual guidance for the individual and/or family/carers

  • Death meditation practice

  • Practical planning and legacy work

  • Ceremony creation, vigils, and grief rituals

  • Integration support before and after a death or symbolic ending

Sessions are available in-person (Lisbon region) or online.

Packages can be tailored depending on the level of support needed.

Examples include:

  • Single 90-minute session for reflection, planning, or grief support

  • Ongoing accompaniment (3 or 5 sessions) for deeper guidance and continuity

Custom arrangements for families and care systems available upon request.
