Who I work with

I work with executives, founders, and leaders at thresholds — moments where something essential is shifting, even if it hasn’t yet been fully named. These moments often arise during leadership transitions, periods of inner questioning, or times when the way one has been living or leading no longer feels aligned.

This work supports people in reconnecting to the present moment and strengthening their internal guidance and clarity. That includes developing a clearer relationship with one’s emotional world, learning to sense what is true beneath habit or expectation, and building the capacity to navigate complexity without becoming overwhelmed.

The emphasis is on grounded integration rather than insight alone. Sustainable growth is embodied — it is felt, lived, and carried into everyday decision-making, relationships, and leadership. Over time, the capacity cultivated in one area naturally enriches others: how you lead, how you listen, how you choose, and how you relate.

People come to this work not to become someone new, but to re-meet themselves with greater honesty, steadiness, and agency.

About

A guide for leaders, humans in evolution, and those meeting thresholds.

My path

Earlier in life, I was oriented primarily through the mind. I valued understanding, analysis, and perspective, yet sensed something essential was missing. Life felt cognitively rich but internally narrow — insight present, depth not fully lived.

As I began to explore inwardly — not as abstract exercise, but through presence, attention, and a deeper relationship with my inner world — how I experienced myself and the world began to shift. My relationship with emotion became clearer and less reactive. My connection to my physical body deepened, bringing a groundedness that thinking alone had never provided.

Presence and compassion became lived orientations, not ideals. Learning to question assumptions, including my own, with precision rather than self-judgement proved essential. Over time, my relationships with loved ones, with nature, and with a sense of something greater than myself grew more honest and less mediated by effort.

Altered states and work with plant intelligence were part of this unfolding — not as answers or shortcuts, but as ways of loosening rigid frameworks and revealing deeper layers of perception, responsibility, and truth. These experiences were meaningful because they were met with integration, reflection, and embodiment rather than bypass or spectacle.

What has shaped my work most profoundly is this lived journey. I experienced firsthand how valuable it is to have guidance that is deliberate, grounded, and present — especially when exploring ways of being that cannot be understood through intellect alone. This work grew not from theory, but from sustained practice, attention, and time.

I have been working in this field for nearly a decade, supporting leaders, founders, and individuals through periods of transition, reorientation, and deep personal change. This work has unfolded across corporate contexts, one-to-one mentorship, somatic practice, and ceremonial spaces — shaped through sustained practice rather than quick methods.

Grounded in real-world context

Before stepping fully into this work, I spent several years in corporate environments. That experience continues to inform how I work today — and just as importantly, what I choose not to reinforce.

It offered a firsthand understanding of performance pressure, responsibility, and decision-making under constraint, as well as the subtle ways disconnection can become normalised in professional life. It also clarified that clarity, presence, and integrity cannot be produced through productivity or strategy alone.

This background allows me to work fluently with leaders and executives, without idealising either corporate culture or personal development. The work remains grounded, practical, and applicable — while staying deeply human.

My Role

I work as a guide and mentor, grounded in a background as an end-of-life doula. This pathway has shaped how I relate to impermanence, agency, and what matters when urgency and performance fall away.

Working closely with death and dying strengthened my capacity to remain present with complexity, to listen beyond words, and to respect the intelligence of each person’s process. This sensibility informs all of my work — whether in Leadership Mentorship, Spinal Attunement, or Plant Medicine Ceremonial Support.

My role is not to be an expert over your experience, but to offer steadiness, discernment, and companionship as you navigate what is emerging.

How I Work

My approach is relational, personal, and responsive. I honour each individual’s process and do not impose predetermined outcomes or timelines.

In our work together:

  • Your autonomy and agency are central.

  • We move at a pace that supports integration, not acceleration.

  • Your inner compass is strengthened, not replaced.

  • Emotional and somatic awareness are treated as sources of intelligence.

  • I walk alongside you — attentive, grounded, and engaged — while respecting that your life is yours to shape.

This work is not about optimization or self-improvement. It is about coherence: aligning inner truth with outer action in ways that can be lived over time

Invitation

If this way of working resonates, you are welcome to explore whether it is a fit for where you are now. An initial conversation offers space to sense what support may be most appropriate — without pressure, obligation, or expectation.
